Mandy Dye

Mandy is an enterprise transformation specialist with a deep background in technology and a commitment to understanding the human side of change. Over the past decade she has worked for a diverse range of organizations, from large enterprises to innovative startups, helping to drive impactful change and elevate organizational performance.

Before joining Empactful Advisors, Mandy led Customer Success at a SaaS startup focused on engineering excellence, where she supported clients in scaling their engineering operations. Early in her career, she worked in the Agile Software industry, playing both product and project management roles, which ultimately led to her work in Agile Transformations. There, she deepened her expertise in change management and the oversight of large-scale portfolios of strategic initiatives.

Mandy brings a wealth of knowledge to every engagement, empowering organizations to reach their highest potential. She believes that recognizing our shared humanity is vital for effective collaboration and impactful solutions. She holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Northern Iowa and currently resides in Denver, CO.
