Prior to joining Empactful, Kendall worked at Investor Group Services (IGS), a private equity consulting firm. Kendall brings a data-driven mindset and sharp analytical skills to every engagement. She has a proven track record extracting actionable insights from complex datasets, uncovering trends, preferences, and market opportunities that shape high-impact investment decisions and business transformation initiatives. She excels in collaborating across cross‑functional teams to bridge gaps-to-goal and support leadership in executing bold, outcome-focused strategies. Her contributions are central to shaping engagement strategies and client experiences that are both data-informed and impact-focused.
Kendall earned a BA in Neuroscience and Psychology and an MA in Psychology from Wesleyan University. She brings a unique behavioral lens to her consulting engagements, grounding her work in a deep understanding of human behavior, systems thinking, and organizational change.
