Grant is an attentive and structured thinker with experience in organizational change, project management, and strategic planning. He is skilled at building strong relationships that create effective, cross-functional teams that simplify and accelerate decision-making to deliver results amid tight timelines and shifting priorities.
Before joining Empactful in 2025, Grant was an Organizational Change Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he worked with several Air Force Directorates and the Defense Health Agency’s Acquisition and Sustainment organization. In these roles, he led and supported efforts that improved operational efficiencies, streamlined organizational structures and processes, and advanced strategic planning initiatives. His work drove measurable results for government clients, allowing them to navigate complex transformations with clarity, alignment, and ease.
Grant earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Business Management from James Madison University. Additionally, he is a Product School-certified Product Manager and a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner. He currently resides in Denver, CO.
