As a consultant and coach, Evan helps leaders and their organizations grapple successfully with significant demands for learning and growth and develop their people to do the same. In this work, he brings smart, practical habit change to leaders/ teams as they shift their conversational patterns, create more engagement, and drive more impact in their work. He uses the latest neuroscience research enabled by technology to support intentional self-observation, learning and reflection for those he supports.


His clients have included leaders in a wide array of Fortune 500 organizations, growth companies, startups and nonprofits. Before his work as a consultant, he held a number of roles with Fortune 500 organizations including GE, Dexter Corporation, Fleet Financial Services and Cabot Corporation. In his last corporate role, he oversaw a global quality function, with responsibility for quality delivery and improvement at 40 sites worldwide.


Evan holds a Master’s in Public and Private Management (MBA) from the Yale School of Organization and Management, a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, and B.A. in Liberal Arts from Penn State. He is also certified to administer, coach and consult using The Leadership Circle™ 360, the True North/ Authentic Leadership model (Bill George, HBS), and the Total Leadership model (Stewart Friedman, Wharton), among others.
